High Density MDF Board

High density mdf board is an artificial board made from wood fibers and plant fibers (such as fir and poplar fibers), with the fibers separated, dried, impregnated with glue, and then pressed under high temperature and high pressure. Its density is much higher than that of medium-density fiberboard (MDF). The main difference between High density mdf board and the previously introduced solid wood base material boards (such as Malacca and poplar plywood) lies in that it has no natural wood knots, wormholes or restrictions on the direction of the wood grain, and is completely made by uniformly pressing fibers. Therefore, High density mdf board possesses the characteristics of "extremely smooth surface, uniform structure, and easy fine processing", and is particularly suitable for scenarios that require "complex shapes, exquisite finishes, and no obvious texture flaws", such as custom furniture cabinet doors, decorative background walls, and packaging of precision instruments, etc. The cost-performance ratio of High density mdf board is also very outstanding. Although it has a high density, the raw material is made of wood fibers, and its cost is lower than that of solid wood plywood. Moreover, it can produce standardized boards in large quantities, making it suitable for large-scale procurement by furniture factories and custom home furnishing brands. Regarding High density mdf board, our warranty period lasts for one year. For large-scale purchasing customers, if there are batch quality issues (such as a batch where ≥ 3% of the products do not meet the density standards), in addition to reissuing the products, we will also compensate the customer with an additional 3% of the order amount (which can be used to offset the next purchase). If the High density mdf board finish has bubbles or falls off, it will be free to be re-customized or reissued.
