Home Hardware Plywood

Home hardware plywood is a type of functional plywood specially designed to be compatible with home hardware such as hinges, slides, hinges and screws. By optimizing the density, structural strength and surface treatment of the board, it ensures that the hardware is firmly installed and stably stressed, while also taking into account the decorative and practical aspects of home scenarios. It is widely used in the production of cabinet bodies and door panels for custom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, shoe cabinets, bookcases and other furniture. One of the core advantages of home hardware plywood is its high nail-holding capacity. Due to the high density of the core veneer and the tight interweaving of fibers, screws are less likely to loosen after being screwed in, ensuring the long-term stable use of hardware components (such as hinges) and reducing the frequency of furniture maintenance. The surface of the home hardware plywood is smooth and suitable for the installation of precision hardware. The edges of the boards are mostly treated with edge banding (PVC edge banding strips, solid wood edge banding strips) or specially ground to avoid cracking caused by loose edge materials when installing hardware (such as the shelf support of the cabinet side panel). We will also, in accordance with the customer's requirements, perform "rounding" or "chamfering" on the edges to reduce the friction and wear between the hardware and the edge of the sheet.
