Waterproof Eco Board

Waterproof eco board is a type of ecological board. Through our manufacturing process, it achieves a waterproof effect and is more suitable for humid environments. It is a functional board of the eco-board family specifically designed for "high humidity scenarios". With "full-layer waterproof structure + environmentally friendly core" as its core, through triple waterproof upgrades of the base material, adhesive, and finish, it addresses the problems of traditional boards being prone to moisture absorption and expansion, as well as mold and discoloration in areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies. At the same time, it retains the original advantages of eco-boards, such as "no paint pollution and environmental protection, stable structure", making it the preferred material for decoration in humid environments and furniture manufacturing. The surface and edges of the panels are the main channels for water intrusion. Waterproof eco board has constructed an external defense line through a dual process. For instance, the finish is made of waterproof-impregnated melamine film paper or polyurethane layer. The dense structure of these finishes can directly prevent liquid penetration. Even if soy sauce or oil spills, it can be cleaned with a damp cloth and will not penetrate the panel interior. The edges are treated with a special edge sealing process, where the adhesive layer forms a seamless fit with the panel edges. It remains tight even under various temperature changes, completely blocking the path for water to infiltrate through gaps.
