Eco-core Board

Eco-core board is the core base material for eco-friendly building panels. It emphasizes "low pollution throughout the entire process and high structural stability", and is specially designed for green home and environmentally friendly decoration scenarios. It is widely used as the middle core layer of multi-layer boards and custom furniture panels. From raw material selection to production application, every step is centered around the dual requirements of "health" and "practicality". It not only avoids the pollution risks of traditional core boards but also meets the strict requirements of downstream processing for the performance of the base material. The raw material selection for Eco-core board is based on the principle of "low environmental impact and high safety", and prioritizes the use of fast-growing wood and recyclable resources, while rejecting inferior non-native woods and polluting raw materials. We will also use the raw materials that the customers require based on their needs. The most commonly used materials are usually poplar and eucalyptus. Meanwhile, our company will process the discarded solid wood blocks and wood planks generated during furniture manufacturing. These will undergo high-temperature disinfection, degumming, and cutting into standard core strips, which will then be reused in the production of core boards. This not only reduces wood waste but also avoids the residual pollutants in the discarded wood from affecting the quality of the finished products.
