Eco-friendly Board

Eco-friendly Board is a type of green board centered on "low-carbon and harmless throughout the entire life cycle". From raw material selection, production and processing to use and disposal, it adheres to the concept of environmental protection, aiming to reduce the burden on the environment and the health risks to the human body. It is the mainstream choice for green decoration and sustainable furniture manufacturing at present. Common categories include melamine decorative panels, blockboards, etc. During the production process of Eco-friendly Board, pollution emissions are strictly controlled. For instance, formaldehyde-free adhesives (such as soy-based adhesives and MDI adhesives) are used, and the formaldehyde release is far below the conventional standard. Our environmental protection grade has reached E0 level. At the same time, the discharge of wastewater and waste gas is reduced. Our factory is powered by clean energy to lower the carbon footprint.When in use, Eco-friendly board does not release any volatile harmful gases, and will not cause indoor air pollution. It is suitable for sensitive Spaces such as children's rooms, bedrooms, and elderly rooms. After being discarded, it can be naturally degraded or recycled and reprocessed, avoiding the generation of "white pollution" or soil pollution, which is in line with the concept of circular economy.
